A mix of seasonal leaves , mizuna, Pokchoi, Tatsoi, Chinese cabbage, mustard, beet, kale, chard, kohlrabi, radish . Ideal mix for salads, stir fry and Asian style dishes. Leaf size is larger than the baby leaf variety, generally same leaf size as lettuce leaves.
The combination of leaves are a combination of sweet, peppery and slightly bitter. Adds colour, variety and flavour to any salad, garnish or wraps.
