Boerewors / Wors

Boerewors, a type of sausage which originated in Namibia and South Africa, is an important part of Namibian and South African cuisine and is popular across Southern Africa.

Another one of those South African favorites that are a must with a braai.  Grilled, fried, chopped onto a pizza, or the infamous “Boerie Roll” with fried onion or tomato relish, the options are never ending.
