Honey (Raw / Organic)

Our honey is sourced from local beekeepers with extensive knowledge of hive and honey production.

Hives are located across the outer Durban and Natal South Coast. This allows for slight variations of flavour of the honey depending on what the bees are feeding on at their respective locations. The honey is not blended and is pure, raw honey. In the process of straining the honey to remove impurities, the honey is not heated to simplify the process as this breaks down many of the nutrient properties of the honey.
