Micro Beet

Despite their small size, Micro Greens pack a nutritional punch with more intense flavour than their mature counterparts. This makes them a good addition to any diet. They have an aromatic flavour (which will vary depending on the variety), and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.

The red leaves and illuminous red like stems. The Flavor is earthy and beet like bringing good flavour and colour onto the plate or in a salad.
