Despite their small size, Micro Greens pack a nutritional punch with more intense flavour than their mature counterparts. This makes them a good addition to any diet. They have an aromatic flavour (which will vary depending on the variety), and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.
This fine stem and leaf micro has a mild sweet anise flavor commonly used in French cuisine. Pairs well with egg, potato, fish, and poultry dishes.
As one of the more delicate micros it is best added as a garnish just prior to serving.
