Added to any salad for flavour and to “bulk” it up. Packed with all the nutritious properties of pea, this micro fits in perfectly in wraps, topping in burgers, added to egg dishes, blended in with smoothies and used as a garnish on a variety of dishes.
To eat on its own raw or lightly stir fry with olive oil, a hint of garlic, salt and black pepper is an absolute winner.
