Micro Pokchoi

Despite their small size, Micro Greens pack a nutritional punch with more intense flavour than their mature counterparts. This makes them a good addition to any diet. They have an aromatic flavour (which will vary depending on the variety), and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.

Pokchoi is a principle ingredient in Korean foods, so the micro is often used as a garnish in these and other Asian dishes.

They pair well with both mild and spicy dishes. The cabbage flavour and nutritional properties are reason for them  to often be used in smoothies, salads, wraps, and on sandwiches.
