Despite their small size, Micro Greens pack a nutritional punch with more intense flavour than their mature counterparts. This makes them a good addition to any diet. They have an aromatic flavour (which will vary depending on the variety), and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.
This Asian green has a very mustard / spice flavour with a wasabi like “kick”. From the mustard family, it is delicious as microgreen or baby salad green added to salads, wraps, smoothies and egg dishes.
This micro adds a bit of a spicy flavour to the dish. When used as a garnish, it is best added at time of serving the dish.
