Micro Tatsoi

Despite their small size, Micro Greens pack a nutritional punch with more intense flavour than their mature counterparts. This makes them a good addition to any diet. They have an aromatic flavour (which will vary depending on the variety), and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.

Tatsoi is another principle ingredient in Korean foods with a mild mustardy flavour. Use as a garnish in these and other Asian dishes.

They pair well with both mild and spicy dishes. Tasty accent for stir-fries. Use as garnish for roasted, sautéed or grilled foods. Vegetable medleys pair well.
