Despite their small size, Micro Greens pack a nutritional punch with more intense flavour than their mature counterparts. This makes them a good addition to any diet. They have an aromatic flavour (which will vary depending on the variety), and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.
This seasonal mix incorporates a variety of Seasonal microgreens to add to a salad. With intermittent bursts of different flavors, textures and colour.
When used as a garnish, or as an addition to a hot dish, they are best used/plated as the dish is about to be served. The heat from the dish may take away their texture and crispiness.
Ideal as a garnish, as a salad, in a mixed salad, or in a wraps.
