Minute steak is a thinly cut and pounded piece of beef, usually cut from the sirloin or round steak, cook very quickly, giving them their name. Because of their quick cooking times, minute steaks are the perfect answer to the meal-time question for the busy cook.
These steaks are best flash fried or quickly braaied over the coals. Dipped in oil or oil based marinade, put on over hot coals, quickly turned to give a juicy piece of meat. These are ideal for steak burgers, Prego rolls and wraps.
