Pansy (Seasonal)

Eye catching, nutritious and delicious. Many restaurants make use of edible flowers as a garnish in place of traditional herbs.

The use of edible Flowers are varied in many dishes, from cooked meals to salads, in cocktails, frozen in ice blocks or in butters.

Pansies have a slightly sweet green or grassy flavour. If you eat only the petals, the flavour is extremely mild. Use edible pansies in soups, cocktails, desserts, salads or as a garnish.
