Italian flat leaf parsley has the best flavour (slightly bitter, peppery), and is used to flavour soups, sauces, stews, and adds a zesty flavour to salads. It melds well with seafood, as well as grilled or roasted meats.
Often used chopped as a garnish and to add flavour to dishes.
