Nasturtium (Seasonal)

Eye catching, nutritious and delicious. Many restaurants make use of edible flowers as a garnish in place of traditional herbs.

The use of edible Flowers are varied in many dishes, from cooked meals to salads, in cocktails, frozen in ice blocks or in butters.

Nasturtiums have a sweet essence from the nectar, followed by a bold peppery tang.  Use entire flowers to garnish platters, salads, cheese toppings, open-faced sandwiches, and savory appetizers.
